With SilverFast 9.2.9 we have encountered an issue related to the preview scan / scan capability occurring on the scanner models Epson WorkForce DS-50000, DS-60000 and DS-70000.
The scanners deliver diagonal stripes instead of a valid image and SilverFast 9 crashes afterwards. We have fixed the issue and ask all SilverFast 9 users of the scanner models mentioned above to download and install the improved version of SilverFast 9 using the links below.
