I cannot find my scanner model in the webshop – what now?

When you visit our shop website and look for the manufacturer and after that for the right model of your scanner, but you cannot find it, it could have the following reasons as mentioned below:

  • We do not support this particular  model
  • This particular scanner model is currently in testing (especially if a scanner is one of the newest on the market)

We cannot give any further information or guarantee, when and if a particular device will be supported by us at all.

We recommend to visit our website irregularly to see, if we suddenly support your scanner.
