La raison de ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne est que Windows ne dit pas \u00e0 SilverFast qu'il y a un scanner disponible, lorsque nous demandons cette information.
Il faut forcer Windows \u00e0 mettre \u00e0 jour le pilote vers celui qui est d\u00e9j\u00e0 install\u00e9. 
Ce probl\u00e8me semble se produire principalement dans les environnements Windows 24H2.

  1. utiliser le raccourci clavier WIN+X<\/b> -> s\u00e9lectionner \u201cGestionnaire de p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques<\/b>\u201d <\/li>\n
  2. Cliquer avec le bouton droit de la souris<\/b> les entr\u00e9e pour votre scanner<\/b> dans l'espace \u201cDispositifs d'imagerie<\/b>\u201dsection \u201c -> choisir \"Mise \u00e0 jour du pilote<\/b>\u201c

  3. -> \u201cParcourir mon ordinateur<\/b>\u201c

  4. -> \u201cLaissez-moi choisir<\/b> \u00e0 partir d'une liste\u201d

    et cliquez sur -> \u201cSuivant<\/b>\u201c. <\/li>\n
  5. Dans la liste qui s'affiche, s\u00e9lectionnez \u00e0 nouveau votre scanner et \u201cContinuer<\/b>\u201d et \u201cFermer<\/b>\u201c. 
    (S'il y a plusieurs entr\u00e9es, vous devez s\u00e9lectionner celle qui, selon Windows, poss\u00e8de un certificat valide).
    Il se peut que Windows veuille red\u00e9marrer, ce qui n'est pas grave.

    Soit maintenant, soit apr\u00e8s un red\u00e9marrage, le scanner peut \u00e0 nouveau \u00eatre d\u00e9tect\u00e9 par SilverFast.<\/div>\n
