Les raisons d'une panne peuvent \u00eatre diverses et vous pouvez tenter de r\u00e9soudre le probl\u00e8me par vous-m\u00eame. Suivez les \u00e9tapes suivantes :<\/div>\n

Si vous pouvez toujours acc\u00e9der \u00e0 SilverFast<\/span>

  1. Eteignez le scanner et quittez SilverFast (quittez de force, si n\u00e9cessaire).<\/li>\n
  2. Remettez le scanner sous tension et red\u00e9marrez SilverFast.<\/li>\n
  3. R\u00e9p\u00e9tez l'action qui a conduit \u00e0 l'accident.<\/li>\n
  4. S'il se bloque \u00e0 nouveau, nous vous recommandons de r\u00e9initialiser le logiciel et d'essayer de reproduire le probl\u00e8me par la suite. Faites-le dans la section \u201cservice\u201d de l'\u00e9cran d'accueil de SilverFast.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Si vous ne parvenez qu'\u00e0 l'\u00e9cran d'accueil de SilverFast<\/h3>\n

    1. Si le logiciel se bloque lorsque vous appuyez sur le bouton de d\u00e9marrage, assurez-vous que votre scanner est correctement connect\u00e9 et que le pilote le plus r\u00e9cent est install\u00e9. Le scanner doit \u00eatre allum\u00e9 et pr\u00eat \u00e0 l'emploi.<\/li>\n
    2. R\u00e9initialisez le logiciel et essayez d'ex\u00e9cuter le programme en cours.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
